Origami: Free Tea Friday Workshop
As part of our Free Tea Friday session, join us for a relaxing, mindful afternoon of Origami making, hosted by artist Tasia.
When do you have time to relax and be creative? How often do you set aside time to rest and intentionally not work?
Art has many forms and possibilities; In this session explore some of them as you learn how to make different Origami shapes, using a simple material that you have at home - paper! By taking part in the workshop, you’ll discover the calmness and peace that comes from making something tactile, while focusing your mind intentionally on the making activity.
Follow demonstrations and worksheets by artist Tasia or intuitively work on your own creative piece.
Step out of your usual routine and learn something new while also meeting new people over a cuppa - what better way to spend a Friday afternoon!
This event is free. We appreciate all your support and donations to help us run Free Tea Friday activity sessions with artists.
