'Tis the season that Museum of the Home transforms for our annual winter programme of the traditions, festivities and experiences of winter at home.

We’ll be exploring the experiences of winter through past, present and future through a creative programme of events, workshops and installations.

Practice seasonal crafting, discover wintery traditions through talks, and learn more about the stories of the seasons past through guided gallery tours.

Visit us from Tuesday 17 November 2026 to enjoy the fresh Christmas tree in our welcome area, adorned with decorations from our shop and generously donated by Bernard’s Trees.
