Finds during the 2019 build

What we found in the ground when we began the redevelopment of our buildings in 2019.
Inside a partially gutted room, construction workers in hi-vis jackets and helmets consult at an exposed brick wall opening. Piles of bricks, rubble, and windows line the space.
An installation view of A Townhouse in 1878 at the Museum. A deep red carpet and mint green patterned wall paper room holds framed artworks on the wall, fireplace and a mirror on the mantel, table with wooden chairs, writing desk, and piano. On the floor are children's toys and dolls as well as an ayah's trunk full of textiles.
