Museum of the Home Statement of Support for the Transgender Community

At Museum of the Home we welcome everyone to our spaces. The Museum is free and open to all.

We have women’s, men’s and gender-neutral toilets available at the Museum, which are not monitored based on protected characteristics. We expect appropriate and respectful behaviour from all our staff and visitors and will not tolerate harassment of any kind or discrimination towards trans staff, visitors, their families and friends.

Our vision is to reveal and rethink the ways we live in order to live better together and through our values we are committed to equitable practice.
